Basic malt needs to be saccharified when used. Lager malt is used in almost all types of beer. Appearance: The color is usually light yellow. Due to the high content of wheat protein and unfiltered yeast, the wine is generally turbid, with rich and delicate foam and white color.
Taste and flavor: Fruity, such as banana and apple, hops and other aromas are not obvious, retaining more lactic acid, tastes a bit sour and refreshing.
Nutritional value: Contains protein from wheat and unfiltered yeast, relatively rich in nutrients, with high nutritional value.
Raw materials: mainly light-colored malt, some will add rice and other auxiliary materials.
Brewing process: mostly adopt bottom fermentation method, the fermentation temperature is low, generally 7-13℃, and the fermentation time is long, usually 10-15 days.
Appearance: The color is mostly light yellow or golden yellow, the liquor is clear and transparent, and the foam is delicate and white.
Taste and flavor: The aroma of hops is relatively strong, the taste is pure, the taste is refreshing, slightly bitter, and the entrance is smooth.
Nutritional value: It is rich in amino acids and has high nutritional value, but compared with white beer, the types and content of its nutrients are relatively less.
Raw materials: Roasted dark malt, such as black malt and caramel malt, is used, and general light malt is also used.
Brewery process: Generally, the bottom fermentation method is adopted, and the fermentation temperature and time are similar to yellow beer. The degree of roasting of the raw materials is required to be high in order to obtain a dark color and unique flavor.
Appearance: The color is dark, mostly coffee color, dark brown, the liquor is opaque, and the foam is darker, brown or black.
Taste and flavor: It often has the aroma of chocolate or coffee, with prominent malt and caramel flavors, and the bitterness of hops is not obvious. It has a mellow taste and rich layers.
Nutritional value: It contains more nutrients such as protein, vitamins and minerals, but due to its dark color, it may contain more caramel and phenolic substances. People with high blood sugar should drink less.
